Overview

Janna P. Lhota is a partner in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office and practices in the firm's Real Estate Section in the areas of land use and zoning. Her practice focuses on land use and zoning, telecommunications and litigation, including private and governmental entities. Ms. Lhota, working with the Florida Land Use Team, assists clients throughout the development review process to secure rezonings, variances, conditional uses, special exceptions, site plan approvals, as well as a host of other entitlements. She also has extensive experience representing telecommunication companies, including wireless carriers and local exchange companies. Her past experience also includes general commercial litigation and related litigation for financial institutions.
