Connor G. Luff is a construction law attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Luff represents owners, construction managers, contractors and trade workers in a wide variety of matters, including both private and public projects, as well as drafting of project-related contracts, dispute resolution and trial advocacy. In particular, Mr. Luff has significant experience in public procurement matters, including bid protests and contract administration disputes.
During law school, Mr. Luff clerked for the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA) and interned for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Mr. Luff also served as a notes editor of the Public Contract Law Journal, the official journal of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Public Contract Law.
