Overview
Connor G. Luff is a construction law attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Luff frequently represents owners, construction managers, contractors and trade workers in a wide variety of matters, including drafting project-related contracts, dispute resolution and trial advocacy.
Mr. Luff has significant experience in public contracts and routinely advises clients on issues related to public procurement. His experience with public contracts encompasses contract drafting, providing in-progress project advice, claim development and analysis and project dispute resolution.
Mr. Luff is actively involved in the solicitation of large-scale infrastructure projects and is heavily active in drafting procurement-related documents for several infrastructure improvement projects across New York City's five boroughs.
During law school, Mr. Luff clerked for the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA) and interned for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Mr. Luff also served as a notes editor of the Public Contract Law Journal, the official journal of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Public Contract Law.
