Overview

Hannah Myslik Maloney is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Maloney handles a variety of matters, with a focus on complex commercial disputes, False Claims Act (FCA) defense and white collar defense and investigations.

Ms. Maloney assists clients in all phases of the litigation process and has significant experience managing discovery and drafting pleadings and pre- and post-trial motions in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Maloney served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David S. Morales of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. In this role, Ms. Maloney assisted on several matters involving the application of state and federal law, including complex commercial disputes, labor and employment issues, product liability and criminal matters. Ms. Maloney also assisted on multiple bench and jury criminal and civil trials.

While in law school, Ms. Maloney served as an articles editor for the Texas A&M Law Review and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She also worked as a teaching assistant for legal writing and civil procedure. Ms. Maloney graduated first in her law school class of 165 students.
