Overview

Hannah Myslik Maloney is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office. Ms. Maloney focuses her practice on a variety of litigation matters in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Maloney served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David S. Morales of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. In this role, she gained experience across a wide range of legal issues, including complex commercial litigation disputes, product liability, breach of contract and employment disputes.

During law school, Ms. Maloney gained experience in federal and state courts serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Honorable Edward L. Morris of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the Honorable Edward Smith of the Texas Third Court of Appeals.

In addition, she served as an articles editor for the Texas A&M Law Review.
