Grace Mann is a real estate finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Finance Practice. Ms. Mann focuses her practice on client representation in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions across the United States.
Ms. Mann represents national banks and other financial institutions in connection with agent, single-lender and agent-credit facilities, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and acquisition, construction and development financings, with specific industry experience in healthcare. Her experience also includes navigating clients through the processes of loan participation and syndication, refinancing, collateral disposition and cross-collateralization.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Mann was a real estate finance attorney for a national firm in its Atlanta office.
- Represented a lending financial institution as administrative agent and lender in connection with a $117 million secured mortgage loan used to finance a 300,000-square-foot office Class A office and retail building in Washington, D.C.
- Represented the administrative agent in connection with the amendment, restatement and syndication of a $108 million secured mortgage loan provided to the owners and operators of long-term care facilities in California and Florida
- Represented the administrative agent in connection with a $200 million senior secured term and revolver credit facility provided to the owner of datacenters in Georgia, Illinois and Washington
- Represented a lending financial institution as administrative agent and lender in connection with a $15.9 million secured mortgage loan for the purpose of acquiring nine medical office buildings in Delaware, Georgia, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia
- Represented the administrative agent and lender in connection with a $154 million secured mortgage loan for the purpose of financing the acquisition of a 390,000-square-foot office and retail center in Texas
- Represented lending financial institution as administrative agent and lender in connection with a $21.6 million secured construction loan used to finance the acquisition and development of a long-term care facility in Florida involving a Sharia law-compliant finance lease structure
