Overview
Archana Manoharan is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Ms. Manoharan focuses her practice on general corporate law.
Ms. Manoharan has a significant background in banking, private equity, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securitization and corporate governance. She also has particular knowledge and experience with nondisclosure agreements in the private equity, commercial and corporate contexts.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Manoharan was an attorney for a global law firm in its New York office, as well as in-house general counsel for a global corporation.
