Overview
Chris McAlister is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. McAlister has a national practice that focuses primarily on leveraged finance, general corporate services and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as related securities matters.
Mr. McAlister's experience covers representation of financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending and finance transactions. He advises clients on a wide array of facilities, including private equity fund finance transactions, capital call facilities, management company fee secured facilities and securities-based facilities.
In addition, Mr. McAlister's practice focuses on providing financial institutions with a variety of financing solutions in the ultra-high-net-worth space, including sports team acquisition financing, fine art and collectibles loans, and exotic car collection loans.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. McAlister was an attorney at an international law firm in its Los Angeles office.
While in law school, Mr. McAlister was the associate editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law and a member of the Legal Research Board.
