Overview

Bill McDonald is an energy attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Mr. McDonald focuses his practice on advising clients concerning corporate and securities matters in the oil, gas and other mineral sectors, as well as in related technology fields. He assists clients in organizing private equity funds as well as in cross-border mergers, related private and public securities matters, and project finance matters, including infrastructure projects.

Advising clients in matters around the globe, Mr. McDonald has particular experience in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Canada. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
