Nora S. McMurphy

Nora S. McMurphy is a private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office, where she focuses her practice on high-stakes probate and fiduciary litigation. Her practice is dedicated to a broad range of trust and estate-related disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, trust and will contests, inheritance interference actions, contested accountings, and other probate and fiduciary litigation matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. McMurphy was a litigation attorney for a national law firm in its Boston office.

Previously, and while attending Suffolk University Law School's evening division, Ms. McMurphy worked in high-net-worth investment consulting. While in law school, Ms. McMurphy served as the articles editor on the Suffolk University Law Review.
