Ally Milam

Ally Milam is a commercial real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office. Ms. Milam represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions – including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing – across multiple asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, warehouse and manufacturing properties.

Ms. Milam advises clients throughout all stages of real estate transactions, including initial deal structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing, as well as from term sheet preparation through lease execution on commercial leasing transactions.

Ms. Milam's experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easement and access agreements, complex commercial leases, ground leases, subleases and related transaction documents. She also conducts and coordinates legal due diligence efforts, including title and survey review, and has experience operating due diligence processes for large-scale real estate portfolios and complex transactional structures.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Milam practiced commercial real estate law with an international law firm in its Chicago office.
