Juan J. Moreno

Juan J. Moreno is a public finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Mr. Moreno advises issuers, underwriters and other market participants in complex municipal finance transactions.

Mr. Moreno has experience serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and disclosure counsel on financings that support a wide range of public purposes, including affordable housing, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, transportation systems and utility infrastructure.

Mr. Moreno guides clients through every stage of the financing process, from initial structuring and strategy through documentation, execution and closing. His practice is focused on helping clients navigate the legal, regulatory and transactional considerations associated with tax-exempt and taxable financings, while advancing projects that strengthen communities and public services.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Moreno practiced at a full-service law firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he represented clients in public finance and other complex transactional matters.
