Overview
Lauren N. Moritz represents beneficiaries and individual, professional and corporate fiduciaries in complex trust and estate litigation, as well as elder law, conservatorship and guardianship matters, helping clients navigate sensitive disputes in the probate courts. Based in Los Angeles, she is a member of Holland & Knight's Private Client Dispute Resolution Group.
Lauren's approach to probate litigation is informed by her service as a judicial extern for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County Probate Court, which gives her insight into trust, estate and probate issues pending before the probate courts.
She also serves as the Los Angeles office's co-coordinator for the Firm's national Women's Engagement Network.
