Sean Murphy

Sean Murphy is a private equity attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Mr. Murphy focuses his practice primarily on transactional matters, representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies, independent sponsors, family offices and private companies in leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, and general corporate matters as well as management compensation and equity arrangements. He also has advised on deals in various industries, including software as a service (SaaS), healthcare, telecommunications, infrastructure and education technology.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Murphy was an associate at a Charlotte-based law firm in its corporate and private equity groups.
