Rosa Namgoong

Rosa Namgoong is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office. Ms. Namgoong focuses her practice on representing financial institutions in a wide range of commercial lending and banking transactions.

Ms. Namgoong has significant experience in representing lenders in capital call lines of credit, subscription-based credit facilities, management company facilities and other asset-based loans. She has experience in both international and domestic transactions, including secured financing in the Cayman Islands and across North America.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Namgoong was an attorney at the San Diego office of a large national law firm.

While in law school, Ms. Namgoong was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal and served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
