Carolina Nuche

Carolina M. Nuche advises high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and trusts and estates on international and domestic taxation, helping foreign and domestic clients structure their investments and plan efficiently across borders. Based in Miami, she also counsels on tax planning for multinational corporate and trust structures.

Carolina guides clients through U.S. federal income, gift and estate tax matters, including those arising from cross-border investments, U.S. real estate investments and business activities. Her work helps clients understand the U.S. tax consequences of their holdings and align their structures with their planning goals. Her strong tax foundation and cross-border focus help clients with international ties navigate U.S. tax rules with confidence.

Before joining Holland & Knight, she was a tax attorney in the Miami office of an international law firm. Carolina graduated first in her class at St. Thomas University School of Law, where she earned a certificate in tax law.
