Taylor Oglesby

Taylor Oglesby is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Ms. Oglesby is a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team and focuses on general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

In her practice, Ms. Oglesby advises clients on a variety of corporate transactional matters. She provides counsel to clients in a range of industries, including information technology, manufacturing and government contracts.

While in law school, Ms. Oglesby served as editor-in-chief of the William & Mary Business Law Review and as chief-of-staff to the Center for Legal and Court Technology (CLCT). In her final year, she spent a semester working with the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Oglesby managed public relations for small businesses.
