Lisa A. Optican is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Optican represents owners and operators in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Her practice focuses on hotel and restaurant management, licensing, consulting and lease agreements, as well as general operations matters.

Ms. Optican's practical hospitality industry knowledge gives her a valuable perspective when assisting clients. Before commencing her legal career, she held managerial and supervisory roles in hotels and restaurants and developed an in-depth operations skill set across hotel management, food and beverage services, banquets and sales.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Optican worked in the legal department of a major international hotel company on franchised hotel development and asset management.
