Overview
Brandon S. Palacio is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Mr. Palacio focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Palacio served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
During law school, Mr. Palacio was executive managing editor of the Florida Law Review and vice president of the Association for Law and Business. Additionally, Mr. Palacio was a member of the Florida Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.

- Represented Radwell International, a leading specialty distributor of critical power components and portfolio company of CVC Capital Partners and Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P., in connection with numerous acquisitions
- Represented Botanica Landscaping and Garden Industries, a Florida-based full-service landscape contractor, in its sale to Mariani Premier Group, one of the nation's largest landscaping platforms and a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners
- Represented M/C Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, in a significant growth investment in celito, a communications and managed services provider based in Raleigh, North Carolina
- Represented Alliance Ground International, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity and Greenbriar Equity Group in the acquisition of Airport Terminal Services
- Represented FirstCall Mechanical Group, a SkyKnight Capital LP portfolio company, in multiple acquisitions of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, repair and replacement services companies
- Represented GoodVets Group LLC, a leading modern, single-brand veterinary care platform, in its strategic growth investment from General Atlantic
- Represented SkyKnight Capital LP in its acquisition of Pearl Street Dental Management LLC, a dental practice management company that works with top-performing dentists in Texas and Oklahoma
- Represented Neste Oyj in its acquisition of Crimson Renewable Energy Holdings' used cooking oil (UCO) collection and aggregation business
