Overview

Peter M. Palladino is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Mr. Palladino focuses his practice on complex leveraged and asset-based financings, including senior secured lending, acquisition finance, recapitalizations and restructurings, as well as other special situation facilities.

Mr. Palladino also has worked extensively on asset securitizations and other structured finance transactions for clients – including direct lenders and other private capital providers, as well as traditional banks – to provide domestic and cross-border syndicated, club and bilateral facilities.

In addition, Mr. Palladino's practice encompasses a diverse range of structures such as split collateral, second lien and unitranche deals for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, logistics, media and telecommunications, retail, healthcare, sports, utilities and education. Borrowers he represents typically include private equity-sponsored platforms, publicly traded companies, and private middle-market and investment-grade entities.

Mr. Palladino has been recognized as a leading national finance practitioner for his loan structuring and negotiation, workout and insolvency knowledge and experience. According to the Chambers USA – America's Leading Lawyers for Business guide, he is a "high-functioning strategist who is brilliant at structuring deals and conceptual thinking; he can handle any level of difficulty and any challenge – he's terrific."

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Palladino was an attorney at a Boston-based law firm.
