Isabella J. Paretti

Isabella J. Paretti is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office who focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions and general corporate matters.

Ms. Paretti advises buyers, sellers, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other businesses in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Paretti practiced in the New York office of an international law firm, where she gained experience in corporate restructurings, distressed financing, liability management transactions, special situation transactions and other corporate matters.

While in law school, Ms. Paretti served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Law and Business.
