Juan Sebastian Parra

Juan Sebastian Parra is an attorney in Holland & Knights's Bogotá office, where he focuses his practice on financing transactions.

Mr. Parra has experience advising clients on cross-border transactions and structuring blended finance solutions for sustainable investments, including carbon markets transactions. Mr. Parra also has experience advising strategic investors and private equity firms on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions across Latin America.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Parra was an attorney based in Chicago, where he advised corporations, international climate finance funds and sustainable finance initiatives on mobilizing private and public capital toward impactful climate mitigation and adaptation projects.
