Brianna Perez

Brianna Perez is a commercial litigation and real estate finance attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office, where she focuses her practice on creditors' rights litigation and loan servicing matters relating to commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).

Ms. Perez represents institutional lenders, special servicers and investment banks in connection with distressed commercial real estate loans and the exercise of remedies, including foreclosures, receiverships, loan workouts and settlements.

In addition, Ms. Perez's experience includes representing clients in complex business disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty and shareholder issues. She has represented title insurance companies in real property disputes, including partition actions and quiet title matters, and has handled construction litigation matters regarding significant damage, defect and delay claims.
