Overview
Katie Pine is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Ms. Pine focuses her practice on general litigation matters.
Ms. Pine is experienced in researching niche legal issues as well as drafting memoranda and motions for various legal matters. She has aided in representing businesses and individuals in cases involving contract disputes, real property issues, discovery disputes and more.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Pine served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Pine also worked as a law clerk for a mid-sized firm in Tampa.
While in law school, Ms. Pine was a member of the Florida Law Review articles department and served as the executive notes and comments editor. She also worked as a teaching assistant for professors in Legal Writing I (objective writing) and Legal Writing II (persuasive writing).
