Karla F. Pizarro

Karla F. Pizarro is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Section. Ms. Pizarro handles a wide variety of legal issues in the real estate, financial and hospitality industries.

Ms. Pizarro's real estate practice includes purchase and sale acquisitions, commercial leasing, landlord-tenant disputes, land use and loan transactions secured by real estate. Her hospitality practice focuses on operations of hotels and resorts, including dispute resolution, group/event contracts, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and employment issues. Additionally, Ms. Pizarro assist clients with drafting and negotiating various contracts in connection with special events.

During law school, Ms. Pizarro served as the president of the Hispanic Law Students Association, as well as a member of the Student Pro Bono Board and the Board of Barristers.
