Overview
Adam W. Poe is a litigation lawyer in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Mr. Poe focuses his practice on a variety of litigation matters and disputes in federal and state courts.
Mr. Poe has experience in complex civil and appellate matters.
Before joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Poe clerked for the Honorable Steven D. Merryday of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and for the Honorable Charles T. Canady of the Florida Supreme Court, for whom he also interned during law school.
During law school, Mr. Poe interned for the Honorable Anne Leigh Gaylord Moe of Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit Court and the Honorable Christopher Tuite of the Middle District of Florida. Before law school, Mr. Poe interned for the Honorable Carl C. Hinson of Florida's 13th Judicial Circuit Court and participated in the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) Executive Council Program.
