Lauren N. Polk

Lauren Polk is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor, Employment and Benefits Group. Ms. Polk focuses her practice on wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employee/independent contractor classification and wrongful termination issues.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Polk was a summer associate in the firm's Los Angeles office. In this role, Ms. Polk gained experience assisting on employment settlement agreements and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation. While in law school, Ms. Polk served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and served as a lead articles editor for the Southwestern Law Review.
