Overview

Eduardo Rodriguez Jr. is a private wealth services and international tax attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. Rodriguez focuses his practice on counseling foreign and domestic clients on U.S. federal income, gift, estate, and state and local tax matters related to their cross-border investments and business activities.

Mr. Rodriguez has significant experience advising clients on tax planning with respect to foreign investment in U.S. real estate, portfolio debt, pre-immigration, expatriation, income tax treaty, tax controversy and compliance issues. Mr. Rodriguez also helps clients navigate IRS Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures and Delinquent Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Account (FBAR) Submission Procedures.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Rodriguez was a tax attorney at a boutique law firm in Aventura, Florida, and previously practiced at a Florida-based Am Law 200 law firm in its Miami office.
