Carolina Rodriguez Garcia

Carolina Rodriguez-Garcia is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Ms. Rodriguez-Garcia practices primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) law.

While in law school, Ms. Rodriguez-Garcia interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C., and New York. She served as an articles editor for the Business and Finance Law Review (BFLR) and was a member of her law school's Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) Board. She also served as the political chair for the Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA), participated in the GW in NY program and worked in the Nonprofit and Entrepreneurship Division of The George Washington University Law School's Access to Justice Clinics.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rodriguez-Garcia worked at a leading global professional services firm, where she connected businesses to risk and health solutions. She also worked as a substitute teacher at an elementary and middle school.
