Evan Daniel Rosen

Evan D. Rosen is a litigation and dispute resolution attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Mr. Rosen focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, professional responsibility and legal ethics.

Mr. Rosen's practice includes the representation of financial institutions and consumer financial service providers in an assortment of civil litigation matters, including regulatory compliance and claims under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA).

Mr. Rosen also counsels lawyers, law firms, in-house legal departments and legal technology companies on matters of legal ethics and the regulation of the practice of law. He has extensive experience evaluating evidence, designing litigation strategies and resolving complex disputes from inception through trial and appeal.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Rosen served for more than five years as a senior attorney for the third-largest bar association in the U.S., where he investigated and prosecuted violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. His background also includes more than five years of service acting as a lead trial attorney representing the government's interests in sensitive proceedings related to child abuse.
