Juan Jose Salazar Tejada

Juan José Salazar is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office, where he focuses his practice on finance and capital markets matters.

Mr. Salazar advises Colombian and international clients on financing matters involving credit facilities and capital markets transactions. He also counsels clients on financial regulation, financial technology (FinTech) and digital assets matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an associate, Mr. Salazar worked as a law clerk in the Bogotá office, where he gained experience in financial and capital markets matters.
