Mariana Salinas is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office, where she focuses her practice on energy, environmental, regulatory and governmental affairs.

Ms. Salinas advises national and transnational companies in the management, development and operation of energy projects, as well as in the structuring of various infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on energy and environment in Mexico.

Additionally, Ms. Salinas advises companies seeking to take part in the latest trends in electromobility, bioenergy and energy storage through innovative technology, helping ensure compliance with the most recent provisions and regulatory movements in Mexico's energy sector.

Ms. Salinas also handles corporate transactions related to the incorporation of foreign investments and representation of foreign companies in Mexico, the transformation and dissolution of companies and the drafting of commercial contracts.

She has extensive experience and knowledge in dispute resolution through mediation, and in agreements that are ratified before the Administrative Justice Tribunal of Mexico City.
