Overview
Fay Shaulson is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Ms. Shaulson focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Shaulson was a judicial intern for the Honorable Spencer Eig of Florida's Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
While in law school, Ms. Shaulson reestablished the school's Jewish Comparative Law Society and served as the organization's president for two years. Ms. Shaulson also served on the editorial board of the University of Miami Law Review.
