Genoveva Silva is an international arbitration and litigation associate in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office. Ms. Silva's practice focuses on commercial and investment arbitration, with experience in cross-border disputes involving multinational parties.
Ms. Silva has handled commercial and investment arbitration proceedings administered under the rules of leading arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA).
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Silva practiced at other international law firms in Mexico City, Bogotá and Madrid, where she worked on matters related to international arbitration, cross-border litigation, international trade and sanctions, and intellectual property.
