Caitlin Simkins is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm’s Public Companies and Securities Team. Ms. Simkins focuses her practice on securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

In law school, Ms. Simkins served as Eleventh Circuit Editor and Articles & Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review. She also lead as chief of the Iron Arrow Honor Society, and was a member of the Society of Bar and Gavel, Public Interest Leadership Board, and the Children and Youth Law Clinic.
