Ilana Strickon is a partner in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Ms. Strickon has experience in the areas of real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and commercial leasing. She represents lenders, purchasers, sellers, equity investment funds, developers, tenants and landlords.

Ms. Strickon has participated in the acquisition and disposition of real estate development projects encompassing shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, residential properties and vacant land in a variety of jurisdictions in the U.S., as well as international properties. Ms. Strickon has experience working on construction, senior and mezzanine financings, commercial leases, purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, contribution agreements and management agreements. Ms. Strickon has represented a variety of financial institutions involved in construction and permanent lending and loan workouts and enforcement actions. She has also been involved in numerous Islamic finance transactions.

Ms. Strickon was a Research and Writing Editor of the New York University School of Law Moot Court Board.
