Christopher J. Vanek

Christopher Vanek is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office and a member of the Corporate Services Team. Mr. Vanek's practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and transactional work.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Vanek was a summer associate in the Tysons office in the corporate practice.

While in law school, Mr. Vanek acted as vice president of William & Mary's Transactional Law Team and helped turn it into a nationally competitive team. He also served as a staff member of the William & Mary Business Law Review.

Prior to law school, Mr. Vanek worked at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., that focused on U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) litigation and government contracts disputes.
