Eduardo Alfredo Vargas

Eduardo Alfredo Vargas Sierra is an accountant and business attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office. Mr. Vargas focuses his practice on domestic and international corporate tax consulting, as well as individual tax matters.

Mr. Vargas advises on the tax aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment vehicles, lending and financing structures at the domestic and international level. In addition, he provides compliance advice on complex corporate tax matters. He also represents Mexican companies and individuals as they invest and do business abroad, as well as foreign clients doing the same in Mexico and Latin America.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Vargas worked as an attorney and tax consultant at prestigious Mexican tax consulting firms and one international law firm.
