Jonathan Vasquez

Jonathan Vasquez is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Stamford office and a member of the Corporate Services Team. Mr. Vasquez focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions and other general corporate matters.

Mr. Vasquez represents both strategic buyers and sellers as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in M&A transactions across a wide range of industry sectors.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Vasquez was a corporate attorney at an AmLaw 200 firm, where his practice focused on M&A and finance matters.

Before attending law school, Mr. Vasquez served as an associate director at a global services firm, where he advised companies on entering, operating and scaling in new international markets.
