Overview

Carolyn Weeks is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Huntsville office. Ms. Weeks focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate transactions for a variety of clients.

Ms. Weeks has assisted as counsel on numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions, representing clients from a wide range of industries, including private equity firms, government contractors and technology companies. Additionally, Ms. Weeks has provided general corporate services for those same clients, including entity formations and dissolutions, equity sales and purchases, and the drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, vendor agreements and restrictive covenant agreements.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Weeks practiced in the M&A and general corporate groups of a large regional firm.

While in law school, Ms. Weeks served as a brief writer for the 2024 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and earned a top prize in the U.S. Eastern Regional Competition.
