Jason Wheeler

Jason Wheeler is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Tax Credit Transactions Practice. Mr. Wheeler focuses his practice in the areas of business and tax law, with a primary emphasis on transactions financed by low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Mr. Wheeler was a summer associate for the firm. In this role, he gained experience assisting on conducting due diligence for LIHTC transactions.

During law school, Mr. Wheeler worked at a small firm in Los Angeles focusing on startup businesses and venture capital transactions.

Before attending law school, Mr. Wheeler played professional baseball for eight years and pitched in the major leagues for the Minnesota Twins in 2017.
