Overview
Christina N. White is a tax attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office. Ms. White focuses her practice on federal income tax matters related to business transactions and advises her clients on complex tax issues that arise throughout all stages of the business life cycle.
Ms. White is experienced in structuring taxable and tax-free transactions for private equity firms, public companies, private companies and family-owned businesses. Her experience includes structuring transactions related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), reorganizations, divestitures, initial public offerings (IPOs) and spinoffs. Additionally, Ms. White is experienced in tax due diligence.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. White worked in the M&A transaction services group at a Big Four accounting firm, where she consulted private equity and strategic clients on complex corporate structuring and tax due diligence.
While in law school, Ms. White was a staff editor of the Florida State University Law Review and executive editor of the Florida State University Business Review.
