Overview
Patricia "Tricia" Whitten is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office. Ms. Whitten focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial lending and banking transactions, including senior secured and unsecured lending, art financing transactions, securities-based lending and hedge fund transactions.
Ms. Whitten's experience includes representing financial institutions in structured finance and debt financing transactions for privately held and publicly owned corporate borrowers and companies. She also advises clients in private equity transactions, bridge financings and subscription facilities.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Whitten was a financial services attorney for a national law firm in its Los Angeles office.
