Overview

Ellen G. Wiah is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Wiah worked as a litigation summer associate in the firm's Philadelphia office, where she gained experience assisting with labor, employment and other commercial litigation.

While in law school, Ms. Wiah served as a student attorney in the school's Civil and Employment Litigation Clinic, where her work included assisting clients with employment discrimination, consumer protection and family law issues. She also served as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic, assisting clients with filings for asylum, temporary protected status (TPS), employment authorization and other immigration-related matters.

Ms. Wiah has also served as the senior note and comment editor for the Journal of Corporation Law, communications chair for the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) and moot court regional director for the Midwest region of the National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA).
