Madeleine Williams

Madeleine Williams is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office, where she focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and general corporate matters. Ms. Williams advises publicly and privately held corporations, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, across a wide range of industry sectors.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Williams served as legal counsel at a global investment firm headquartered in New York. She began her career as a corporate attorney at another major international law firm in its Philadelphia office.
