Josh Yoo

Josh Yoo is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the Healthcare Regulatory & Enforcement Practice Group. Mr. Yoo advises health systems, hospitals, academic medical centers and clinical labs on regulatory compliance and transactional matters, with a focus on federal and state healthcare laws.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Yoo began his legal career advising health systems, hospitals, academic medical centers and clinical labs on corporate matters and compliance with key healthcare regulations.

While in law school, Mr. Yoo interned at a pharmaceutical company, health system and educational nonprofit focused on patient services, gaining firsthand perspective on the regulatory and operational challenges facing healthcare organizations. He also served as vice president of the Health Law Association and as a note editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
