Overview
Yung-Hsin "Vicky" Yuan is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Ms. Yuan focuses her practice on a variety of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Yuan was a summer associate in the firm's Nashville office. While in law school, Ms. Yuan was treasurer of the Black Law Students Association and the committee chair for the Legal Aid Society's variety show.
As a first-generation immigrant, Ms. Yuan is fluent in Mandarin and plans to participate in minority-focused pro bono work.
