Overview
Matthew Zawislinski is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Mr. Zawislinski focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Zawislinski also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
During law school, Mr. Zawislinski served as an articles and comments editor for the University of Miami Law Review and co-supervised a sports law blog as part of the Entertainment and Sports Law program. He was also a Dean's Fellow for Legal Communication and Research I and II as well as a member of the Miami Law Ambassadors.
