Mark Haranzo Joins Holland & Knight’s Private Wealth Services Practice in New York

NEW YORK (May 3, 2017) – Mark E. Haranzo has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its Private Wealth Services Group. He will reside in the firm's New York office. Previously, Mr. Haranzo was a partner at Withers Worldwide, where he served as regional practice group co-leader for the firm's U.S. Trust, Estate and Charitable Giving Planning Group.

Mr. Haranzo's practice is focused on domestic and international private client matters for wealthy individuals and their families. His clients include entrepreneurs, corporate executives, family offices, real estate developers, business owners, investors and investment bankers, as well as artists, writers, collectors and philanthropists.

"Mark has more than 20 years of experience advising ultra high-net-worth clients in all aspects of wealth planning," said David Scott Sloan, co-leader of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group. "His strong client relationships and stellar reputation in the industry will be an asset to the firm."

Mr. Haranzo received a J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law and a B.A. degree from the University of South Florida.
