Review of Money Laundering Basics: What You Need to Know

Corporate/M&A Partner Bill Wise and Litigation Partner Dan Small will be speaking at the "Review of Money Laundering Basics: What you need to know" seminar.  Mr. Small will be a panelist with Deven Swim from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Bill Wise will moderate.

The session will provide a review and commentary of relevant U.S. laws used in prosecution of money laundering violations.  This presentation will speak to specific areas of reporting obligations, structuring transactions, and assessment of suspicious transactions.  Examples of money laundering techniques will be provided plus a review of a few compliance responsibilities that entities should be considering and implementing with clients.
