Michael Werner, a partner in the Health Law & Life Sciences and Public Policy & Regulation practices, will chair the following breakout sessions: "Financial Conflicts of Interest in Medical Research: Problem or Problem of Perception" and "Developing Drugs for Rare Diseases" at the 2009 Bio International Convention.
