Introduction to U.S. International Tax

Taxation Team Chair William Sherman and South Florida Taxation Practice Head Jeffrey Rubinger will Co-Chair a Council for International Tax Education conference titled Introduction to U.S. International Tax. In addition to serving as Co-Chairs, Mr. Sherman will speak on a panel titled "Understanding the Subpart F Provisions," and Mr. Rubinger will speak on a panel titled "U.S. Tax Aspects of Establishing a Foreign Corporation." Taxation Associate Summer LePree will speak on a panel titled "Understanding the U.S. International Tax System."

The two-day primer is designed for tax practitioners looking to increase their skills in advising U.S. and foreign multinational companies on how to structure cross-border investments and satisfy the latest IRS reporting requirements.
